laugh out loud every day

Today myself and Claire one of my friends in work played a trick on one of the guys in work – we gave him a whole pile of work (enough for 5 people) and told him he had to do it – this guy Neill is really good humoured and he honestly didnt cop on to us messing and was taking this huge pile of work from us when I couldnt help but laugh – then I laughed out loud and couldn’t stop – I literally had tears running down my face – the girls were laughing, Neill was laughing, my team leader was laughing – brilliant.

Then I’m watching TV and this ad comes on for formula milk and its clips of kids laughing – well yet again I laughed out loud.

I think this is gonna be an easy one for me!!!

With my sister, make us both giggle.

At brightenbush…! It was amazing. And taking the baby in the hotsprings provided lots of good laughing moments. As did feeding her bean soup, actually… lol

With my mom swimming laps, with the baby at the zoo… and reading “If the Buddha Dated”

Laughed with the baby in the wading pool … splish splash!

People become so consumed with the mechanics of life it all becomes so serious. I often fall into the routine of getting things done and loose humour. so I need to laugh more.
