How to watch "The Wizard of Oz" at the same time as listening to Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon"

How I did it: We "googled" it, and I believe it said to start the cd when the 2nd lion's roar is heard... it matched up almost perfectly. That's pretty much all there is to it! Lessons & tips: Once the cd has played through once, don't start it over again, it doesn't match up anymore. Resources: google

I couldn’t find a full length video so I watched it in parts on YouTube. There were a lot of things that matched up with the tempo and words of the music. If you read the video comments you’ll see when to pause it. I recommend being drunk/high if you really wanna trip out but I was sober and still enjoyed it.

Towards the end, it didn’t really match up, but the first half was pretty impressive, some things are timed perfectly. I’m sooo glad i finally did this.

Seriously, this goal has been on my list since the very beginning. I have the record AND the movie; this should have been done a long time ago. Unfortunately, I don’t really like the Wizard of Oz, so I think that is making it difficult to get motivated to do this. I just want to see it at least once with “Dark Side of the Moon” playing. Just once!

Hmmm, I too expected more of it. Some parts were cool though and it kinda took me 3 days. xD I kept getting kicked off the internet every time I wanted to watch it and when I did finally get to watch it I kept getting distracted so I had to rewind it every time.
Did get me hooked on the music though. xD

Consider this crossed off my list. And NOT worth doing…perhaps I needed to be high? In my opinion only 20% of the movie…went along with the music (Dark Side Of The Moon). I played the entire movie with a playlist consisting of (In this order) All of: Dark Side of the Moon and Animals, but only tracks 2 – 5 of Meddle (all Pink Floyd albums) Animals went along with it 40%, Meddle tracks 2 – 5 went along with it 30%.
