I’m down 13, just 6 more lbs to go! This Thursday is weigh in and I can’t wait to see what progress I’ve made. I follow the Flex plan pretty strictly, though I do go over my range on special occasions (last night I just needed some drinks!). Never over my 35 extras though, and I exercise at least 6 days per week.

Haven’t been on 43things for a few months! Too long! That said, I achieved this goal (10% Goal in Weight Watchers) a few months ago. I’ve since gained back a few pounds (sabotaged by a holiday), but working on getting there again.
Not only do people notice the difference, but I feel better, too! I’d tell others that this is very worthwhile, especially if it represents a substantial challenge!
One other thing: if you are stuck, do something different. If you are on flex, switch to core; if on core, switch to flex. If you are low-fat on flex, switch to low-carb on flex, etc. Not sure why, but a ‘switch’ can jump-start the process when you are stuck….

I’m about 80% of the way to the 10% Goal. That sounds good, but I did have a six (6) month plateau. I am shooting for making it by the end of this month (August of 2006).
I’m a little more than halfway there! It is slow going, but it is going nonetheless.
