finish my Art Instruction Schools course

I’ve done an arts meander for the past two years. This year I decided to forego it, so I can concentrate on getting my schoolwork done instead of working on sales material. My goal will be to have the schoolwork done so I can participate in the 2009 Meander.

I’m about halfway done with the reading for the “Design” lesson. Maybe once this lesson is done, it’ll get easier. I hate abstract art, so being forced to practice it is torture, and I haven’t even had to draw anything yet.

This shouldn’t take so long. It’s what? around a 2 year course. I’ve been in it 3 years, and I’m about half done. Why is it so hard to do something when I don’t have a deadline? I almost wish that there were set deadlines for this course. Then maybe I’d be done.
