attend the national stationary show May 18-21,2008 in NYC

Ishbabies, made by Aisha Bailey, will be joining the fun at Tuesdays And Thursdays shortly.

Several other interesting contacts were made with several interesting products scheduled to ship to us soon.

Of course this means that there will be the costumed characters making the rounds at Stationery again – which means more pictures of Jeero doing some celebrity watching!

I found a brilliant doll company last year that makes plush (soft) dolls in every colour imaginable – just like America! I think I am going to surprise them by placing an order at the show! Can’t wait!

french 30hrs/wk is absorbing my life… i had to miss 12hrs of lessons to attend the museums conference + 4 more next tuesday to attend a lecture on restoration of old maps + working things out with my sisterinlaw to get registered as a buyer in her business is just gonna be a hassle; first she wants to go, then she doesn’t want to go, then she’s going, then she’s not going.

i’m so tired of inlaws flipping their minds. it’s gotten to the point where i don’t believe a word they say anymore: i’m selling my house, i’m selling the farm, i’ll never leave this house it’s the best house in wainwright, we’re building at the farm… it’ll just be like having a cabin… we’re selling so that we’ll be debt-free, we’ll retire out there. i can’t stand it

anyhow… i must find a business in the next year to let me tag along to the 2009 show. ((sigh)) at least the pals from nyc will be staying with us in june…. so i’ll see them then.

it’s only January and I already have one appointment already -

need to register for this next week + maybe the Toronto museum/tourism gift show.

This feels good. Now to tell my husband that this year I’m really going : ) I’m already planning dates for folks to meet us in NYC. This will be two months after we drive 40+ hours to Montreal… they should miss us enough to want a shot of Temps in the arm by then I think.
