I was lying on my boyfriend’s bed watching rubbish 3am telly when a documentary on The Maldives came on .
Ohh I’d give anything to lie on the beach there with a cocktail and a good book

I can think of nothing better than lying on a deserted beach with clear water surrounding you. It seems like the place one can decide what they want out of life and completely de-stress. Better start saving!
Visited Kuramathi in May 2008, was truly a beautiful and chilled out break away! The Island is fab just like the photos, great for snorkeling and diving (i didn’t dive but my husband did and saw turtles!). Also the service is excellent and the people really friendly. The only downside is the loooooong flight there – would seriously consider upgrading for the extra leg room next time.
I visited the Maldives in 1995 – and found paradise on earth. Absolute bliss…. I’m scared to go back in case I break the memory, but can shut my eyes and visit the island anytime I want. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been.
It will be a dream to visit the Maldives for anyone who loves natural beauty. So beautiful!
The Maldives are a cluster of islands just southwest of the southern India. Pictures I have seen of the islands are unbelievable. I have also talked to clients my company does business with that have traveled there and they loved it. So, that is one place I would like to see.
what an island ,it is so pure and romantic
i want to go there to really taste its beouty….
There is something so magical looking about the Maldives. Shooting up out of the Indian ocean. Green mounds with rings of light blue water and white sand. As if they are the very tip tops of tall, underwater mountains with white sand rings around the top.
these comprise a string of beautiful islands in the indian ocean; they’ve got coral reef gardens, tons of tropical aquatic life, and a whole bunch of other picturesque stuff.
