have one person compliment the decor in my house

Well, we still haven’t moved, and it doesn’t look like we’re going to anytime soon, so I’ve started decorating the house we’re in even though I can’t paint or anything. I have a couple big wedding photos framed and displayed. I also have our toasting glasses and cake topper on a shelf along with some tulle in our color scheme and the memorial candles we lit for deceased loved ones are displayed as well. The house is still a mess for the most part, but the living room is shaping up nicely, and the dining room is coming along.

I’ve never been a decorater and never even had a clean house, but after we move in the next couple months, I want both of those things to change. I want to KEEP this house looking clean (have started using Flylady.com), and I want to keep it decorated, even just a little, for each season/holiday. I would like it to look nice enough that others notice it, so I will mark this complete when I hear a compliment.
