While I would love to achieve this, and will continue working towards it, I’ve started to accept that while I’m a student my finances are just not going to be glamorous. Trying to study and save at the same time is pretty much an oxymoron. So study is my focus for now :)
Since my car has (yet again) died and needs a new gearbox, this goal is really not happening right now.
But I guess that’s life. Thank goodness I had enough saved up to cover the costs of it. Just goes to show how everything is impermanent…...now I’ve just got to stop bitching about it.
There may not be tooooo much progress on this goal over xmas and Woodford, but I’m hoping to mark it as done by the end of 2008.
