I don't remember that 8 months ago

So somewhere after my freshman year in high school, I repeated to myself over and over again that I need to forget what people tell me because they ALWAYS forget what I say. I think I re-programmed my brain to forget EVERYTHING. I am pretty young and I used to have such a good memory. Does anyone know how to improve your memory? I thought about getting a book that focuses on brain exercises…any suggestions?

I really can’t remember a thing.
Well, there are some things that i remember, and i don’t know why. Maybe it’s a question of interest.

i cant rember where i put stuff 2 years ago

I cant remember where i put my permit, and i have to get a new one, its really annoying. I have one time lost my wallet, ive heard that if you excercise for like 10 mins a day you can remember better, but it doesnt seem to be working. If anybody has any ideas or give me any help, please do.

Mnemonics 2 years ago

I completed a mnemonics program that included a workbook and cassettes. It really comes in handy when I need to cram for an exam or remember phone numbers.

it’s quite beneficial to forget everything because life is constantly a novelty. On the other, I don’t want to appear uninterested because I am interested. Honestly. Ahem…

first entry! i am here because i have always forgotten to do my homework. I have had this problem since 3rd grade. i have adhd and i really want to raise my grades. the only reason they are low is because of homework. i do exceptionally well on tests, but everything else is hard. i am in a dilemma and i hope that you guys will take the tape off your mouths and give me some tips when you get them, i know i’ll give you some…..(sorry lost my train of thought, happens a lot!) see you all later!
