....so concious of this goal that I’m making sure that I’m doing something each and every day that moves my life forward.

I’m using my notebook to record what needs to be done and my diary to record what I have done, simple yet very effective!!!

Drexl7th March 2008

A good day yesterday!

Attended the Visitors Day at BNI and have got the application forms ready to sign. Just need the boss to stump up, although will probably strike a deal and pay for it myself if he says no as it such a huge opportunity to move the business forward!

Have arranged for a training session at the Raven (13/3) in preparation for my first 2 shifts behind the bar (20/3 & 22/3). Really looking forward to working in the pub and will count towards my ‘do something for the first time’ thing!

Bit of a setback where the gym is concerned, they’re refurbishing it 1 week before the Bath half marathon, so the place is gonna be chaos and rammed with serious runners. Am keen to get back but will leave it for a little while I think!

*Drink More Water – Managed 2L!
*Pay Off My Debts – Paid an extra £18 off a card thanks to the contents of my piggy bank!
*Exercise More – Gym & Swim (& Sauna)!

Also, am looking forward to seeing Helen on Friday, starting my 2nd job in the Raven, going to BNI on the 7/3 and going away on Sun £9.50 break on the 28/3!

*Worked Hard – Continued clearing my backlog & created a ‘Business Development’ progress spreadsheet!
*Exercise More – Went to the Gym and increased most of the weights!

DrexlI think It's time ....

....to start a new chapter.

Things seem pretty rubbish at the moment and being ill on Monday didn’t help as it left me feeling tired and down for the rest of the week.

My first step is getting back to the good habits that have fallen by the wayside, like drinking 2L of water a day, eating better and using positive affirmations.

I also want to forget about relationships for a while and concentrate on the things that make me happy, build my confidence and actually move my life forward!
