get my tattoo finished

It’s been a year since I got the outline of my tattoo going across my shoulders! Bummer. I can’t believe it’s been this long. I used to drive about 2 and a half hours to see my tattoo artist and he moved back home so it’d only take me about 30 minutes! No excuse! And he’s even cutting me a deal to finish it.

Maybe more -i now have one FULL foot tattoo and other in progress-I have an appointment on Sunday though so maybe I will be a little closer to getting there!

have talked with tatooist in pub, pop in any time he says…i am gonna chicken out!

i marched into the shop with a design on a celtic band for my arm meaning ‘friendship’ – the tatoo was a present from my three friends, SR, CS and KM – the guy convinced me to get a spiker version that doesn’t go all the way round and ends with mushrooms! I really wish id stuck to my original version as it was way more feminine (guess i was a bit of a tomboy in my younger days) – anyway – my plan is to save up for tattoo removal cream, remove the mushrooms and get it completed all the way round!

Well, the first 1/3 is done. The Human-Dalek DNA strand goes from the top of my wrist, wraps around and ends up on my shoulder. Unfortunately I won’t be here in Austin long enough to get it finished. I’ll just have to find somebody in the SF area to complete it. Poor me. ;)

Yes, 1/3 finished and the balance to complete will be great once it is done. Yay!

it’s been a year since i got my outline done. i need $360 to finish it. dammit!

I got this tattoo started in a year ago. The pic doesn’t show much but it spirals up my arm in the same style right up to my shoulder. I’ve had 5 sessions on it so far at £50 each, each session being between 40mins and 2hours. I just can’t afford another session right now and i’ve moved to glasgow and my tattooist is in the borders, over 2 hours away.
Maybe soon i’ll get more done and i should have it finished in another year or so. I’ll make a bigger effort to get it done sooner tho.
