my daddy gave my brother money today and as he did so, i held out my hand to him as well. he said to me “baby, i know you got already.”
darn, how did he guess i already suckered my mommy for money.
How to stop relying on my parents

How I did it: I moved all the way to Alaska. That may be a bit drastic, but I feel independent and satisfied. I miss them, they miss me, but it gave me a chance to get out of my old town and restart my life. Something everyone needs once in a while.
