Run the Comrades ultramarathon

So, I have just completed my first marathon a couple of days ago. I just managed to get under my target time of 4 hours. Although I must admit it was quite a draining exercise, it feels great to have achieved this.
During my four months of training for the marathon I have often had the thought it would be cool to take it all the way to completing the Comrades. But it is still an enormous step going from 42 to nearly 90 km and would require some seriously serious training for at least six months leading up to the race.
Am I willing to commit the required time and effort? Can I make the sacrifices it requires? Will my legs be up for it?

This is a big international event held in my country, its 91km run, with a 12 hour cutt of time, i want to do this!
when i was about 13 doctors told me i will never be able to run! i am going to proof them wrong! and give all the glory to God!

We are off to South Africa next year…so I guess I have to put some planning together! Kill 2 birds with one stone…thats why I love the run…you have to travel to some great places.

Since I don’t run yet, it may take me a while to get ready for this :)
