How to have enough money to live comfortably
How I did it: I got a big promotion at work last year. After working hard for 4 years, I got promoted to manager at my job, and am finally making enough money to live comfortably. I am even putting 10% of my salary towards my 401k every paycheck, and $200 into my savings monthly. It feels good to finally be saving money, not just living to pay the bills. I have money left over at the end of the month to do things I enjoy, and that makes my quality of life so much better! I still budget and don't go crazy spending, but I am finally living comfortable, and will be even better financially when my boyfriend moves in with me and cuts my expenses in half!
Lessons & tips: Don't spend money on stupid stuff. Save your money for experiences.
