I did pilates 2 times a week for eight months. And then…I moved again. Although I am looking for a studio, my priorities have changed a little and I’m not sure if I want to pay the ridiculous prices for classes. Looks like I’ll have to try to do pilates at home. Wish me luck!

I’ve been back doing pilates two times a week now since January. It feels so good. I was a little nervous about going to a new studio—am I going to be good enough for the intermediate class, what if it isn’t hard enough…etc. But now I’m a regular and my fears are gone.
I used to do pilates (and some yoga) 2-3 times a week. But now that I’ve been so busy, I don’t have the time. I loved the walks to and from the gym through a great residential neighbourhood. I loved the relaxation and the working of muscles one doesn’t enough know they have. Pilates and yoga are definitely missing in my life
