im trying to loose a few pounds. most of my weight is in my thighs, but and stomache. i weigh about 130 pounds. and i wanna be 125.

Always had a steady weight, but with my erratic work schedule I have been eating alot of garbage, and I feel worn out.. I need to be aware of what and when I eat

sure the top is womans not juniors, and some of my friends wear size4 but It’s aa far cry from wearing and extra large in everything

I’m not anorexic, I’m a medically overweight vegitarian. I KNOW my problem is exersize,and i pledge to try harder!! I only really need to lose 7-10 pounds!
I cant believe how much JUNK FOOD I’ve had today..(chocolates, ice-cream, muffins…) Was I out of my mind or what?? and I didnt do any exercises today..OH GOD PLEASE HELP ME!!

I spent an active summer fishing and doing outdoor activities. I dropped down to 218. Almost half way to my goal.
