How to do NaNoWriMo 2008
It made me
feel over-the-moon
 "30 days of writing madness!! "
How I did it: I was told about NaNo the night before, so i signed up on the site (noted below) and on Nov 1st, i jumped in and started writing. I kept to my regular schedule because I had to. I didn’t fail this one. I succeeded it. I just didn’t get over here to post it until now, because I was too busy writing and taking care of other things yesterday. Posting on 43 things wasn’t the top priority. Oh well, now it looks like I don’t follow through on my challenges. I will have to stop making them or keep up on posting better.

I am trying to finish getting the big feast prepared-attempting to convince my right hand to help out-with some moderate success…
but boy is my word count suffering.
But alas, I rely on my favorite quote from Aaron Burr:

On to stuffing my tofurkey and imagining stealing a plot line from a few postings here…yeah….

but I’m at 25,255…I never thought that I could do this. I’m doing a creative non-fiction novel which doesn’t make any sense…but hey, it’s nanowrimo and I can do whatever I want so long as I come up with 50,000 words by November 30. I’m over the hump.

third or fourth year?
I am in grad school, working full time, recovering from injuries in a bad wreck, a temporary lefty and most desperate to start training for at least a half marathon…but more likely another full.
Why am I doing this?

With the election campaign winding down and my frenzied workload coming to a sudden end next Tuesday, I will need to be possessed by some insanely intense activity to help me decompress. NaNo to the rescue. Here I go again.
I’ve finished 3 out of 4 years but this year is going to be hard because I am in a Master’s program that is very time consuming!
