bookfairie is the least common denominator
I have a 3.1, miraculously. I need a 3.4.
How I did it: I may not have brought myself up to honors levels but all the hard work it took was well worth it when my grades came in.
I went into this semester having lost a majority of my scholarships, this scared me because they were the way I was paying for college. I decided early that I was going to try hard not to let my old habits take hold. Rather than go to a friends house I would stay at home. When I felt myself starting to falter I would start over and be hard on myself again. I actually went to as many classes as I could. I decided that I needed to be more organized and ended up planning a majority of time.
Lessons & tips: Planners can be a life saver. All nighters are a last minute and sucky choice. Make time to sleep and eat! Some days lunch was spent napping, so a fast meal had to be planned. However on the worst days the nap would rejuvinate me and make the rest of my day a little bit more enjoyable.
Resources: The tutoring centers, being busy so I needed to plan to get anything done. Actually reading the book. Taking advantage of offers the teachers make that can possibly help in any way!

It always starts with the best intentions, but this semester I know what I’m getting myself into. No getting behind, no excuses, I just need to do what I need to do. I want to try and get my gpa up to a 3.1 min by the end of the year!!
