I went away on a retreat where I was fed delicious vegetarian, organic meals. Was so good.
So I feel inspired to keep eating well!
Today I ate:
breakfast: muesli with cut up fruit and walnuts
Lunch: big salad with feta, and lentil/sweet potato soup
Afternoon tea: berry/banana smoothy with walnuts
Dinner could be tricky…am going to a meeting at a pub.
May eat some more soup before I go to make sure I don’t pig out.

Just eat healthily. At the moment my diet consists of carbs, candy and coffee. Seriously, I’m not joking. I think it’s going to be so hard for me to change my eating habits. I try but then end up binging on something sweet. I need to:
- drink more water, at the moment I don’t really drink it;
- cut down on the coffee. I have already made a start on this. The amount I was drinking was insane. Eventually it would be nice to cut out coffee altogether;
- eat more veg. Again, this hasn’t really been part of my diet for far too long;
- cut out candy, chips, cookies etc. I suppose this one goes without saying. I may allow myself one treat a day or I will go mad.
I’m going to try to be conscious each day of what I’m eating, and try to make healthier choices.

I have fresh vegetables coming out of my ears, yet I eat crap and let my veggies rot.
Tonight I will cook squash and corn. I can make a salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, and fresh basil.
Tomorrow I can make a fresh marinara. Maybe even pull out my pasta machine.
