I’m hoping after I do my MC however and start a raw/vegetarian diet however, that I will start doing better with it again… I hope…

i will start doing 40 sit-ups every morning, will go running 1-2 times a week. really have started to get a ‘pot belly’ and i want to lose it. anyone tried th GI diet?

So I have started doing sit ups every morning… I am just doing 50 now, but I am planning on building up on this… And since the weather is nice I am hoping to get myself out for a jog at 2 to 3 times a week. Hopefully the slow start will be manageable for me to start, and I won’t give up on it after a few weeks. Building slowly should be the best bet for me…
