I want to learn how to cook Korean food so I could eat it when I go to college
this i guess because I feel it will be much easy to begin that way, and I will like to go a bit easy on the red peppers!

I’m OBSESSED with that hot sauce stuff. Not the red bean paste, but when you eat the cold noodles? With the egg and kimchi, brown noodle thing, with the vinegar and sesame oil?, and there’s that grainy red hot stuff you mix with it and it turns all spicy.
Mmmmm good stuff. I ate it with everything from eggs, pasta, chicken, soup… etc.
I should ask my Mom how to make that.. /:

i wanted to cook korean food for a guy. he was part korean. i love the food, but i’d rather follow my family’s traditions.
but I can now make yook-geh-jang, kong-na-mool gook, daegu tang, bulgogi, ddukbokki, and budeh-jjigae. i’ve taken my first few steps and i’d like to say i’m done, because there’s a plethora of recipes. but i have the ideas for the basic flavourings of korean dishes that i like best and am interested in taking it in a new direction- fusion food. :P
