    Physio!  — 1 month ago

    Wow!
I really wish I would have done this alot earlier.
I went to a sports physio and they think what I may have is a high ankle sprain-
So it looks like with an ankle brace and some rehab exercises I may be able to run again (cross fingers)

Although I might have to perm. wear a brace-
    which sucks-
I wish I would have gone to physio ALOT earlier- they had way more to say then the doctor

Actually, it's doing better  — 3 months ago

    much much better.
I would do with some physical therapy (money), though, massage and other lymphatic treatments (money), consuming a ridiculous amount of blackberry per day (money) and walking a lot daily.
Now, since I’m lacking in the (money) dept, I will have to keep on walking and postpone all the other nice treats for Bigfoot.
    Yep, that’s its code name.

Diagnosis still uncertain  — 8 months ago

Nothing’s broken, but something’s wrong, since the healing process came to a halt suddenly, and eventually my foot got worse. It could be a lymphatic edema (since it’s not bones, tissues or vessels). Meaning that I must actively participate in the healing process. Which I’m gladly doing. Except that the new medicine, apparently, got me a huge rash all over my body. And it is only flavonoids.

    Patience.
    I’d do with a refill.
