ahead of schedule! yay! I did yoga for an hour last night. I plan on some easy relaxing stretches and some ab work. I still plan on starting to jog next week.

I got sick the day after I set this goal last week. I’m still sick… so needless to say no progress. So I’m going to say I will officially start this goal on the 21st. I should be healthier by then.
I am intending to workout 2 or 3 times every week.
Swimming, jogging, running or any sports activity.

im trying to do every other day….because my matabolism is fast if i do it regularly but then again i have to get off my lazy ass
I know motivation comes from within, but how do you get it to come from within? I am just tired and can’t bring myself to care about exercising. It’s one of those things I know I should do, but I don’t. It doesn’t help that it’s cold and we still have snow on the ground! Sigh.
