My boyfriend is buying running shoes, because we both need to get back into shape. It’s nice to have a running buddy. It makes me feel more motivated. We’re also about on the same level. I made the mistake of trying to run with my 6’ 3” friend who’s a cross country runner. Baaaad idea. I need someone I can progress with. No one better than my boo :]

I want to get out 3 times a week to exercise for 30 minutes minimum.

This can either be….

1. Going for a surf
2. Taking Luella out for a ride on her bike and I jog beside her
3. take a brisk walk or ride on the bike

Immune System. 6 months ago

In 9th grade i always had a great immune system because I did work out daily every night but then i stopped. Now i keep getting sick like now for example i have a damn sore throat!!!
