memorize Juz Amma

ok, i was only thinking on memorizing this… but i need all the help i can get… insha allah.

I can’t wait until I’m done!!!

I am so slow. I think my head has a marshmellow in it instead of a brain. Anyway, working on surah Naba. Then I will cruise on through in order until I have it all inshallah. I have every helpful device known to man. CD with kids repitition. Eletronic quaran with 3 reciters and english translation. Tajweed qarans. I will just keep at it inshallah. It’s sad to love something so much and yet be so slow at it. Well alhamdoallah. Every aiya is very precious to me.

I want to start..and i just started..can i cry..:((

I’m working on it! admittedly slowly, one ayah every day, but this consistent learning I figure is better for me than learning three surahs in a week and then resting on my laurels for the rest of the year, which is what I’m usually prone to do. I’m halfway through surah Naba now.

Just need to sharpen my memory on the last 2 surahs.

I have recitation on CD in my car. I listen every day. This is all I listen to. Inshallah this will put it in my mind so when Islamic sunday school starts up it will be more natural to memorize. I love Juz Amma.
