The Best Kept Secrets: The Best of Lamb 1996-2004Lamb. One of my favorite groups.

Delicasession: The Coastal EP. Brilliant chill-out music. Often overlooked for some reason.

Bim: BIM. Etheral and dreamy. There aren’t very many songs on this album, but it is definitley worth it. Gorgeousity.

Girls and Boys: Ingrid Michaelson. She’s the one with the perty song on the Old Navy commercial. The entire album is good…not just one song. Girly rock pop. Brilliant.

and also lending CD’s to people that never returned them, my collection has all but diminished. I love having a stock pile of good music to dive into at night, so I’ve decided to build it back up. Here’s what I bought today…

Peeg Vater. Moonraker- Kind of like Portishead with a little bit of Bjork. This album reminds me of last summer…lots of partying and fun. I really credit this group for giving me a lot of inspiration as well. Too bad they aren’t together anymore, I would have loved to see them live.

Different Stars. Tresspassers William- Slow, dreamy…kind of like Mazzy Star meets Coldplay. I melt when I hear this music.

Fellow Workers. Ani Difranco and Utah Phillips- . I used to listen to this album when I would take road trips. Storytelling at its finest!
