I have a terrible sleep schedule i never get tired for some reason even when i exercise i wait til i have to pass out to go to sleep so this is something i need to improve on
How I did it: I stopped partying. That's pretty much it. No longer do I go to bed at 6am only to wake up at 4 in the afternoon. Now I'm in bed and asleep by 11pm, and I usually sleep until 7 or 8am. I feel much better and I have a lot more energy through out the day.

I’ve been going to bed at 11, maybe a bit later, and getting up at 6-6:10. The past few nights, I’ve gone to bed around 9? Maybe 10. Very good. Today I actually woke up at 5:38! I went back to sleep though. =[
I’m also taking less of my medication that makes me tired.
yeah so for the past 2 or 3 years ive been getting really tired after school and passing out for 4 hours every school day [not on weekends cus on weekends i can sleep in and make up the extra sleep i missed out on there]. i am aware my schedule is thrown off and ive tried to change it but i found that going to bed earlier and waking up at my normal time only works for 1 day and the next day im back to taking naps. :/ so today i decided at 5:30 that i wanted to take a nap, so i did. i mustve slept pretty fucking deep because i didnt wake up till 10 minutes ago, which was 2:30AM! fml. tomorrows a school day, and now i’m going to be awake all night. geez. what am i gunna do all night?? haha. i’m going to be so tired tomorrow. :/. maybe i’ll write my essay tonight. _
but yeah. tomorrows going to suck. or even tonight, like what if i decide in 3 hours i want to go back to bed? that’ll be at 5am. and then i gotta wake up at 8am. isnt it better if i just stay awake? cus going back to bed i think wud make me extremely tired in the morning.

Still working on this. It seems going to bed earlier each night to wake earlier the next day doesn’t work entirely as planned, but I’m still waking at a more consistent time. I keep waking around 9:30 – 10. Somehow I’ll get to waking at 6 every morning.

New plan – going to bed an hour earlier every night to wake an hour earlier the next day.
Tonight: 1 AM to wake at 10 (Done!)
Sat: 12 AM to wake at 9 (Can’t remember… haha)
Sun: 11 PM to wake at 8 (Didn’t do)
Mon: 11 PM to wake at 7 (Didn’t do – woke at 10)
No napping rule still applies.
I think because this is more gradual and broken down into steps, it’s much more doable. We’ll see! I’ll just come back to this entry as I complete this and scratch them out, instead of making a million more entries.

Alarm went off almost an hour ago, and I finally got out of bed 27 minutes ago. This might just be the giant leap forward that I’ve been waiting for! My new rules for myself:
1) No napping of any kind
2) Be in bed by 11 PM
If I can keep this up for a whole week, I’ll mark this goal as DONE. : D

I finally got myself out of bed this morning at 8:45, after having my alarm go off at various times since 7.
And, well, the only reason I’m awake right now is I have class today. The only reason I’m not on the way to school yet is my brother decided to go to his first class an hour late today.
If everything goes as planned, I’ll be in bed by 10:30 tonight and asleep soon after. I’ll also be awake at 7 tomorrow morning and stay awake.
