Been expanding my cooking . My boss has been teaching me a lot of traditional Japanese recipes.
My best dish so far is a pan fried MonChong with a lemony white wine sauce.
Only spices I use are salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder.
Served with rice and steamed veggies.

Boyfriend came back for a vist.,
We surprised his famaily with a BBQ.
I made a Greek Salad; kalamata olives, pepperoncinis, onion, zucchini, atop ( freshly picked) arugula. oh yah, and doused with FETA CHEESE.
