    De-stressing 3 years ago

    I need to focus on getting rid of, or dealing with, the stressors in my life - and finding non-food ways to celebrate good days - so that I won’t have the need to medicate with food. Also, I need to master the art of saying “good thanks” to offers of, and the availability of, the wrong foods. Also, I need to find an exercise I actually like. Perish the thought! :)

    Hopefully, my efforts to kick sugar and to run will help toward this goal as well. It couldn’t hurt!
