have a house by the sea

well we didn’t buy a house by the sea (too expensive) but we did buy a house in a valley with a clear mountain stream in it. We got the birdsong, the trees and the sound of running water. Lovely.

I always have this dream of living in a mansion by the sea. Yacht moored close by so I can sail for some adventure. Somewhere tropical but not too hot. Somewhere out of the city but not too remote and having a nice and friendly seaside community.

I know, I’ll find the picture that captures what I’m after in a magazine or something and put in on my office wall to look at. Don’t some people say that this will make it happen?

the house also needs to be big enough for all that art I’m going to add to my life and for a dock for the yacht…

...any sea! atlantic, pacific, gulf coast… ok, not the arctic. :-)
