I’ve been spending some time with this certain someone lately. He’s going through some major changes at work. He’d share some of thoughts about the transition and I can tell this is one of the hardest things he has had to do in his entire 30-odd years of working.
I have even more respect for him now. Seems that once he’s decided what needed to be done, he’s regained that energy that previously eluded him. He has more objectivity and clarity these days. Gone are those days when he’d be wavering on a decision longer than he should. I see him finding a renewed sense of purpose. In short, I’m very happy and proud to see him come to this juncture. I hope to do everything I can to assist him. I hope he knows this too.
