    I went last night and then left before it started – what is with that??? I felt intimidated by it and it was like a form of self sabotage…. eeek… must try again…

    I think thin so i act thin. Psychologically I am wounded at the thought of going to this personal training tonight it is HOT I am unfit and I just want to sloth out. But once I go I will feel GREAT. In fact I must write on here how I feel when I get back to motivate me to keep this up. If i can do this I will be on the track to feeling fighting fit and looking great!!!!
