I don’t think it’s working like I thought it would. In a way I think it might even be having the opposite effect, making me concentrate on the problem instead of the solution. I don’t want to get rid of it just yet, not until I’m sure, but I think my other goals will cover this and I need to keep my focus in the right direction.
