Hey Hey Hey. This is Shawn Carroll, but my friends call me Magic. I am turning 13 years old on July 28. Becoming an 8th grader in september also. I want to become an R&B Artist as a teen. I am not shy at all & i can open up very easily & dont hold nothing back.

I have been singing almost my entire life. I remember singing “U Know Whats Up” by Donelle Jones when i was like 3. People say I would run around the house in my little footie pajama’s singing. Even sometimes i would like”gibble gibble” the words i didnt know.I was only 3. When I was also little I would run around singing “Doesnt Really Matter” by Janet Jackson. That was my song.
Today I don’t wear footie pajamas, but I sing & sing all day if I can.

I also love to dance. I got to Walters Jr High where there are lots of functions & dances. Last year on the first week of school they had this litte so-called dance during lunch. There was of course music playing. People remembered me dancing at a dance at the city wide teen center. They reconized me & wanted me to dance. Then i guess 2 8th graders heard about me & wanted to show that they where better than me. So we had a 2 on 1 handicap Dance-Off, which I won. I became very popular &everyone remembered me. That day was one of the higlight day’s off my life. I wish I remembered the exact date but i dont.

My idol is.Michael Jackson. He inspires me when i see him in his video’s. The way he move’s & the way he sings & makes thoses HEE-HEE noises makes me really into it. When I dance I always think of him. He is a very big influence to my dancing & singing. You all see my user name is Magic Jackson. I always wanted to be apart of their family. Not that I dont like the family i am in now but. All of the Jackson kids (now adults) inspired me. I move like them, dance like them, sing like them, I even look like them. Thats all for michael. I hope my dream of becoming an R&B Artist come’s true someday. I hope i can be one of thoses people on the BET Awards & on the Grammy’s. I pray to god that i could become a R&B Artist. I belive if i put my mind to something it can happen. I put my mind on this & i hope this is going to happen.
