I have planned meals, which has made it easier to buy the right things, and eat healthily. Also, I’ve studied Swedish a lot, in many different forms, which has actually been fun! I’ve also kept to my exercise routine, apart from yesterday, and probably today, because I’m aching quite a lot, and I don’t want to overdo it; but I will still keep to the walking routine.

At the moment I am waiting on several forms and legal stuff to arrive before I can get a job. So in this time I have, I want to do a couple of things; get on with my learning of Swedish, have a meal plan (although this is good to have all the time), and use the Wii Fit and do scheduled walking. If I don’t make a list of the things I need to do in a day, and stick to it, my time passes by in a flash, with nothing to show for it.
