So - a long story... Here it is! =D

So, this is going to be a long story, and I’m going to tell it.
I found an iBook G4 on Craigslist a few months ago, and it was pretty cheap, as they aren’t being sold used for much anymore. However – there was a crack in the casing of the laptop. That was never a problem with me – I was fine with that. I just really wanted to own an Apple, as I had never had one up to that point. Well, I shouldn’t say “never” as I have an OLLLDDD crap Apple that barely does anything. So, I met the guy that was selling the laptop, and I messed around with it for about 20 minutes, and it worked fine. I absolutely loved it! So, I purchased it.
I went out to dinner straight afterwords, and I couldn’t wait to get home. So, I went out to my car and played with the computer for a few minutes before my food got there. This time, the screen did a little funky thing, and I had to end up shutting the computer down and restarting it. It didn’t go it again until 10 minutes later. So, I called the seller and his fiance answered and I was like “What’s up with this?” She said they had never had that happen to them before, blah blah.. So, long story short – I couldn’t use the laptop as it kept doing that, and the guy ended up never returning my phone calls.
I was screwed out of $400. Not much.. :| I sold the computer on eBay a few weeks ago.
Now, I am on a BRAND NEW MacBook that I received on Monday. =D I absolutely love this one.
Anybody that is thinking about switching to Apple – DO IT.
My next purchase – an iMac. =p
P.S. – DON’T PURCHASE USED COMPUTERS!!!

After what…a year?...I’ve finally bought a macbook. With just enough bells and whistles to make it exciting!
I’m sad to say that I haven’t really gotten into all the fun mac features, or figured out how to use all the fun mac programs, but it’s still very exciting!
If anyone has a recommendation on helping pc users switch to mac, please let me know.

I switched to mac 4 years ago when I was in school for design. I would never go back to a pc!
