Make lots and lots of treats and give them away as Christmas presents

I attempted to make coconut squares but I fucked up the recipe so they tasted really crappy and I threw them away. Anywhoo I made up bags of treats for my family and some friends and goal done! 4 years ago

I also made some white chocolate chip cookies, with walnuts, golden raisens and coconut in them. Only two of the four batches I cooked came out good but the ones that did come out not burned are delicious. 4 years ago

The other day I made cranberry and pistachio biscotti. I didn’t have enough pistachios so I added almonds and walnuts, and I’m glad I did because they came out wonderful! I drizzled semi-sweet chocolate and white cholate on top. I had one (well more than one) with a cup of tea and it was so good. 4 years ago

I also made some Cream Cheese Truffles. I still have half of the mix left so I’ll be finishing them up tomorrow. They’re chocolate truffles with white chocolate coatings, some have a dusting of cocoa powder on them. I haven’t actually tried them yet but they look yummy. 4 years ago

I’ve decided that instead of just making cookies for presents I’m going to make a bunch of different treats, like chocolate truffles, spiced nuts, breads as well as cookies. 4 years ago

For Christmas presents I want to make a bunch of different kinds of cookies and wrap them up all pretty and festive and give them out as gifts. I’ve been looking at a Martha Stewart magazine focused on Christmas cookies that I bought last year and I’m getting so excited to start baking! 4 years ago
