Put a message in a bottle and throw it in the ocean

This seems a really cool thing to do as its costs nothing and i would feel great if someone found it.

I went to Maui and when I was there, I wrote a message that said a little bit about myself, where I was from, and how I had always wanted to to throw a bottle with a message into the ocean and see if someone would reply to me. I left an address for someone to respond if they got my message, and threw it into the ocean.

A few months later, after I returned home from Hawaii, I received a letter from someone who had picked up my bottle that had washed up on shore. He had written my a letter about himself. It was a really cool experience to know that someone had actually found my message. :)
