How I did it: wrote some sentences about how i was feeling. didnt worry about them rhyming right away. once i was satisfied with the words i started playing different chord combinations on my guitar. it just kinda came. very happy with how it turned out. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I've was listening to music and just started writing a song out of the blue. It wasnt related to the song in any way.Songs are like poems, they mean something, and like poems they dont always have to rhyme. here it is (first draft tho hehe)Maria, I assume that you dont want me to dieEvery Day, I will always be indebted to you. As Days go by, I cannot seemTo understand why, us humans are like thisNever wanting to ever see th… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Think originally. Do not let the thought or opinions of others influence your lyrical writing in any way shape or form. You then write and write and do not stop and think. Then revise, and you're done. The most important thing is ORIGINALITY. Read how I did it…
How I did it: The best time to write is when you have something to say.Writing, for me, is a way of letting out the emotion I've bottled up or that is upsetting me.It is the best way of expressing how I feel. Also if I'm happy it can show that too. Read how I did it…
FerrinSquare doesn't update her status much.
How I did it: I was writing at about 3 in the morning and I was delirious with lack of sleep and it felt like my fingers were typing their own ideas instead of things I thought consciously. It turned out beautiful. It's not in song form, but I think it could be. Read how I did it…

write a song that makes sense and is o.k. :P
It was that night when I saw you with another girl.
So I came forwards to you and said, so this is what I get for trusting you.
You promised and promised.
But you still broke it anyway.
So I said to you just forget it, it’s over between us.
So I leave you alone with that girl.
The next day I saw you, we looked at each other.
I turned away, because I was sad and deep inside me my heart was broken.
I couldn’t stand to see you, but I have to face it.
Because we see each other every day.
You came up to me and said, forgive me about that day, so please take me back.
So I said to you, sorry but I can’t.
I would love to, but you broke my heart that very day.
So I leafed you all alone.
You kept on calling me.
But I never answered.
So the very next day I came up to you and said, I will give you one more chance if you never do it again, you was so happy.
And said thank you for giving me one more chance, I will never do it again.
I only write about original thoughts/ideas that I have. My songs are really unique. I don’t have any problem at all righting, but I am extremely nervous about singing around others for some reason.

I’m in the middle of writing this cool ass song. It was crazy how when I just started letting myself go, without restriction, the words just poured out. I already have the melody and beats in my head. Now it’s just a matter of getting it recorded. Can’t wait!

My very bestest friend writes songs all the time! Last year around her birthday she got a pretty nice guitar. She learned how to play, by her self and by a little help from the wonderful world wide web. Now she put poetry to music all the time. She calms that they just come to her.
Near the end of this summer, a handful of my friends bummed at her house and stared sharing ideas/lyrics. It was magical! The words, the noises, the night sky and faint lamp light. Sound that from into words can hold such power, I want to taste that
power…but my mind just can’t seem to create the right words.I bought a kinda cheap, crappy guitar. My bff showed me a few cords but I’m still a little slow. Baby steps…baby steps.

I took this goal a step further by purchasing a piano. I haven’t played the piano in almost 10 years. The cool thing is that after just practicing it for a couple of hours, I picked up where I left off. I’m not a great player by any means, but I’m learning my way around the piano. I’m very stoked.
