make my website dynamic

So I know a lot of the stuff that drives dynamic sites comes from PHP/MySQL but what I don’t know is how the hell to make a search engine without selling out and using google.

I want to create a site that I can put together a database of courses and have a user log in and manage their training content.

My problem is getting that foot in the door because the door keeps slamming itself shut. .

how can i make my web site more dynamic,please any one give me a reply

A great thing to do /IF/ your site would actually benefit from it. Make sure your not wasting time making it “dynamic” when the time could be better spent improving layout, content, or doing something else all-together.
