stop saying the f word

This is a tough one… said it… like… a hundred times today.

I am doing alot better in cutting out the F word. I am sooo proud of me :)

Like during sex, and when I am super pissed.

The word has lost all meaning.

That, and I am a college-educated (part-way, anyway) woman. You’d think I’d have a better vocabulary than that.

I believe I only said it once today.
That hasn’t happened in a year or so!

It’s just such a great word – it’s an adjective, a verb, a noun. It’s just so…you know…fucking descriptive and emotive. How do I stop saying it? It makes me sound so uneducated.
