I have a digestive condition so I need to be careful about what I eat anyway. I have an eating plan printed out, I just need to follow it. Maybe it will take away a lot of the physical problems and I’ll feel less bad.

I am a major stress eater. I love food. When i have a bad day it’s straight for the chocolate. I know i am hurting my body so i want to stop consuling myself with food. If anyone has any suggestions on breaking the addiction to food i would really appriciate it.
