join a critique group

I used to be a part of Wordos in Eugene, OR. I only lived there a few months, though. If I’d been able to stay longer, I’m pretty sure I’d be on the fast track to literary stardom by now. As it is, I’m still an unknown beyond the sphere of my family and friends.

I need a critique group. I need fellowship with other writers. I would love to start one up in my own town, but I’m not really sure how to go about it. I recently created a MySpace group for critiquing, but so far no one’s joined.

This is one of the really important short-term goals that I’d like to see happen within the next six months.
