get a funky haircut

that i have the funkiest haircuts EVER ?!

when i get bored, or i’m avoiding homework, i cut my hair.

i’m yet to shave parts of it off, which is what i WILL try next but, i’ve had long tresses, the mullet that actually works, the bob, the full fringe, the side fringe, the asymmetrical do, the blonde (in NUMEROUS shades), the browns (in MORE shades than the blonde !), the red, the pink/fushcia, the blue, blue/black, orange and green.

i’ve been recently keeping it short and at the moment have the ‘not so there’ fringe, if you think Amelie/Shannyn Sossamon(in The Rules Of Attraction) it’s kind of like that. and the colour is…well, my natural colour is there..somewhere, then there is chestnut brown, chocolate brown and a spot of copper ?

skipping all that BLAH !
if you want a funky do, which EVERYONE wants, go for it.
don’t think about what others might think or say because as long as you love it and aren’t afraid to show it off, people will love it too ! [and even if they don’t, they just think you’re hot and wish they could pull off a do as funky as yours. (:]

I did it!!! I had it colored Friday when I was off work. My hair now has burgundy highlights (my hair is naturally black). I wanted it lifted and then dyed, but my stylist talked me out of it due to breakage and suggested highlights intead. (She’s a smart cookie. Holla Jae!) It took some getting used to but at least my hair doesn’t scream at you from a mile away, but it is definitely funky and just the way I like it.:) (I’ll post a pic later)

I got my old asymmetric cut and now I have to go get it colored the week after next…I want it to be burgundy like I originally planned, before I gave up and then re-opened, this goal…

I had the cut last week and the color done today, and oh, I feel so much better, especially with summer coming. I feel younger, fresher and cuter and not like frumpy mommy. I feel like this hair speaks more to who I am and what I like than that long tangled hippie-hair mess I had. Not that there’s anything wrong with hippies. I like them a lot, actually. While admittedly they were at times goddess-like in their swirly abundance, they could also look frizzy and were usually just tied back anyway. I went straight! She really took the razor to me, short in the back but longer where it frames my face. I love my new hair. Way more stylish. I’m going to go back next week for the color (or colors!), so I might post a photo then.

Well I think it’s funky anyways!! It’s way blonder, way shorter and soon to be more purple!! ;-)
