open a website which main purpose would be to help

i wanna open this website because i wanna help and i wanna do something that matter. i realized that these days people are more and more alone, we are afraid to ask for help and that’s the reason we have so many problems..and this website wouldn’t be much, it would be like friend to friend talk, and some how to manual, some group support.. i don’t really know how it’s gonna look like, and i don’t know if it’s gonna happen.. maybe it’s best that i leave it to professionals? however, if anyone has an advice aobut how to do that they are more than welcome to help :)
