Today I got up a bit early to run.. 19 months ago

I could run long and sweated heavily. I felt strong after running (stronger than the previous 2-3 days ago). Then I took medicine before going out.

1 week to go now.. 19 months ago

I bought more medicine today and hopefully I will get much much much better tomorrow so I can start to run again in the morning and I will feel more fit for the trip next week!!!
