My husband and I have been talking seriously for the past few days and have decided that we will get a divorce. When I realized that this was really going to happen I felt two things at the same time. I felt an overwhelming sense of relief and sadness that I didn’t expect. We’re a lot more kind to each other lately. Isn’t it ironic that it took a divorce to bring out the best in us? We will tell our daughter this weekend. She knows something is going on and I don’t think she will be surprised. 12 months ago

I’m more interested in the get out rather than the fix. My daughter has one more year of college and I’m sure she already knows her father and I are ready to go our separate ways. Its time to start planning. 12 months ago
