How I did it: By finding a dentist with this kind of entertainment system, it completely distracted me from the work he was doing. I could watch blue-ray DVD, sports center, the news anything and there was no bright hot light in my face. He also educated me by showing pictures of my teeth and xrays on the same TV screen all while I was laying back in the chair. It was awesome. Thanks to Dr. Herzog, and the "TLC" system I can now… Read how I did it…

Finding a smart, patient dentist is the key. And the irony of it all? After avoiding the dentist for 5+ years I had nary a cavity to be filled.
Name is Dr. Steven Small in Toronto, Ont Canada. He is the best dentist for us dental phobes! Dentistry asleep and virtually painless! He is in my books the best! His company is called Dental Anaesthesia Associates at 1235 Bay Street Toronto, Ontario. Suite 200
I cracked and lost a tooth 6 months ago playing field hockey. And even though there’s a huge gap where the tooth used to be, I still can’t go. I started hyperventilating just talking to the receptionist on the phone.
Here’s the fear: I haven’t been in a long time. So long in fact, that I am afraid of what they will find. So it leads some anxiety, because what if they do find something? Something that I can’t afford to pay for?

4 dentists later and i found my Dream Dentist, hard to believe but true, the biggest hands with the gentlest touch, gas mask on, high volume music of my choice(metal) and he can do anything, he even pulled a molar and it was over before i knew it!He has a twin brother that is in practice with him but i always as for Dr. Mike ,his bro is probably just the opposite and i don’t plan on finding out if thats correct .ever. just keep looking for the right Dr. then the fear evaporates/disapates like the gas that Dr.g uses.
The less said the better. I’m terrified, I always have been and I probably always will be. I only go if I can’t stand the pain anymore, my teeth are in a terrible state and they look terrible with it. My dentist has suggested I now take ‘something to calm my nerves’ before my next appointment, still, at least he hasn’t refused to see me again which has happened with other dentists. I’m due to see him on Thursday for root canal treatment. I feel physically sick just thinking about it.
I had a million teeth problems until I met my savior, Dr. Berson, who is awesome and really helped me.
yakuza who has missed me?
I was afraid of shots and going to the dentist, but after I got my wisdom teeth pulled, I am no longer afraid of the dentist. I had my wisdom teeth taken out while under local anaestesia, and so that entailed getting 13 shots in my mouth, with 4 in the roof of my mouth. I am no longer afraid of something so trite as a filling.
I hadn’t been to a dentist in 10 years. The new job I have has dental insurance so I decided to take advantage. It wasn’t the most pleasant experience, BUT it wasn’t near as bad as I had it worked out in my head. Plus, my teeth weren’t very bad off either! I’m not putting this off ever again!!!
