How to lose ten pounds"By making the activity fun, it never felt like work."
How I did it: I bought a better bicycle and had fun riding it. I committed to cycling to any activity that was within five miles of my home. You name it, I probably cycled there -- grocery store, post office, the deli, barber shop, the movies, and even ten miles to the mall. No driving.
I will keep cycling! Lessons & tips: I succeeded because:

How I did it: At first I started the healthy and hard way. I worked out and ate perfectly for a month going from 156-150lbs. Then this month school started and I got really stressed out and stopped exercising and started eat very little. That took me from 150lbs to 145.6lbs in 24 days. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I worked out with weights most days plus used the calorie counter on Livestrong. Have lost 12 pounds. Still have a few more pounds to lose but 10 pounds was the first part of the goal, have gone down dress sizes and BF tells me I'm looking good ;) Definitely worth doing and I found it relatively easy. Have a lot of muscle definition from the weights and plan to continue to push myself further. This wasn't a diet fad, but my new way of lif… Read how I did it…

How I did it: before i started this goal i had gained almost ten pounds, so naturally i wanted to lose it, and then some. so over the summer and into the fall and winter i just cut back my portions. i didn't do too much exercise because my lifestyle is already very busy; and, my arts and my schooling get my mind off of food. i started going on walks every day when the weather got warmer, and i used myfooddiary.com to track my meals. i feel very healthy… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started running on the streets but it was too hard on my knees so, I got myself a gym membership. From there I started going to the gym daily. Did at least 30 minutes of cardio and generally burned 300 cal on an average day. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Yep. Also, I didn't do a lot of exercising. I just started walking to places that were within a mile or two of my house, and I made sure I wasn't sitting down doing nothing for more than an hour or so. So I got a lot of other things done, too. :]I still have man shoulders. -_- Read how I did it…

152.
I’d like to be at 142 maybe even 130 would be nice. I have lost a good amount of weight I gained when I was pregnant with my daughter (now three years old) after she was born I weighed 174 pounds, then went down to 163 for a long time, now I’m at 152. Before I was pregnant with her I weighed 140 pounds.
I eat well but could be more active for sure. Making a concrete plan for this because I know I could lose it in a month or two if I really worked at it harder.
so already im 5 pounds closer to reaching my ideal body weight in just a few days of skipping out on candy but i dont really feel i look all that different…hmmmm
I’m giving myself till the first of December because that’s usually the day after me and my mom do all our Christmas baking, it’ll be a good test. hopefully by then i will be my ideal 100 pounds
5 pounds down, 5 more to go..-
These last five I think will be a little trickier..
SprintJack is back in the saddle.
Three pounds to go, which is crazy good.
Went on vacation and actually lost weight. Lots of walking and not so much eating (exercise more and eat less).
Challenge, yet again, is maintaining that.

“I always feel like I'm wasting time when I'm exercising. I have a tread mill, so I run at home, I don't know if there is a better option, I listen to NPR so I feel like I'm also getting my news for the day, any suggestions?”
