Dawn Michelle x3Monday I'm getting for serious.

My weight has ALWAYS been around 120-125lbs even when I was working for ChickFilA and eating $8.00 worth of fast food everyday. Now that I’ve started working in a call center and sitting on my butt all day, my weight has gone up to 130-135+lbs.

Last week, I joined the gym.
Tomorrow, I’m going to go buy healthy food to eat this week.
That’s been another problem, not just being sedentary all day but also that my coworkers always want to go out to lunch and spend entirely too much money on entirely too many calories.

This is hard because I love food. What I’ve started to do is if I’m going to eat a sandwich for lunch, I’ll only make half a sandwich. This helps to not feel overly full and I’m cutting calories. If I start to feel hungry two hours later, then I’ll have a yogurt or some fruit. 12 months ago
