I am horrible at this because it’s so easy to make excuses: It’s too hot. I have class. I had class and now I’m too tired. During the spring I thought I might be able to get into the habit of waking up at 6am every day to run, but obviously that is just totally laughable. Cutting it down to once a week seems a lot more reasonable. Every…Wednesday morning. Starting this week. No excuses.

I am running at least once a week now. Usually just about 5k in the morning, but sometimes more. I’ve been doing a few races last year, and I want to continue doing so this year. Actually, I got a new goal: I want to run a marathon this year!

Most weeks I am 2x’s. (Not this one LOL!!!) However, things feel good and the weight stays where it needs to be.
I am doing interval running for 30 minutes at a clip, but it feels very healthy.
The other day I ran on the beach with my dog! I had to stop and power walk a couple times because I got a side ache, but i think it was a pretty good start!
starting january…new quarter, new year, not much of new me. but i really need to run.

My flip-flopping between kvegas and dad’s place made it more of a chore, and my trip to the northeast ruined it entirely.
