The number one cause of beerbellies…duh.
How I did it: I put a lot of trust into my friendships and shared my frustrations with beer. They helped me through it, and thanks be to God.
I accomplished this goal by making a promise to one of my best friends, when I put my word on the line I knew I would follow through.
Lessons & tips: less beer = less fat
less beer = more happiness
less beer = better friendships
less beer = better life

Beer is great after heavy exercise, but I’m trying to reserve it for those times (or for pubbing with beer enthusiasts).
Was at approx 12 pints a weekend
Just 4 this weekend and dind not miss it
I will mark this as job done
DrakesMommy is stressed
Lately the psst few weeks I have been having a couple beers each night which isn’t good.. So this week I am not going to drink at all. I think it will also with me losing weight so that is another reason.
I drink too much beer in my free time such as cleaning, with dinner etc. I don’t need the extra calories, so i’m going to try to stop drinking unless its socially.
